We are looking for Brand Ambassadors from all around the world to join our Referral Program. Whether you are a yogi, fashion blogger, stylist, performer, or 
have a large social media following, you can start earning store credit or money by joining the Amanda Sage Collection Referral Program. 

The program is simple and rewards you with commission on every sale generated on shop.amandasage.com using your unique discount code at check-out. This is a result-oriented program, offer a 10% discount with your code and receive 10% commission from your sale. You will receive web images for your social media outlets to post and generate your sales.

From then on, each time a customer uses your discount code to make purchase; you will earn commission at the end of the following month. Discounts may not combined with any other promotion. If a customer returns items from a purchase with your discount code on commission that has already been paid out, that commission will be
deducted from the following months commission.

By joining our Referral Program, you will receive:

Participants must be at least 18 years old. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to all terms of our Referral Program, including but not limited to the following obligations:
-Not to mislead others.
-Violate applicable law.
-Not to use promotional means that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to content that is misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, and/or promoting illegal goods, services or activities.
-Not to engage in and/or facilitate spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email; and/or
-Interfere with, disrupt, or violate the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
-Interfere with another User’s use of the Program.
-Not to infringe on the proprietary rights of Amanda Sage Collection.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms as well as Amanda Sage Collection’s Terms and Conditions shall apply to a users participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, users agree to use the Program in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in its entirety you are unauthorized to apply as a Brand Ambassador or to participate in the Program in any manner. Users may not participate in a Program where doing so would be prohibited in any applicable law or regulations.

Amanda Sage Collection reserves the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and the methods through which credits and money is earned. Amanda Sage Collection reserves the right to disqualify any User at any time from participation in the Program if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

COMMISSION
Commissions are subject to verification. Amanda Sage Collection may withhold a commissions for investigation, or refuse to process any transaction Amanda Sage Collection deems fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose liability on the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. All Program Entities decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a commission is valid. Commissions are not transferable and may not be assigned, auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Amanda Sage Collection reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, although commissions accrued shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the date issued. Amanda Sage Collection reserves the right to  revoke commissions if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Brand Ambassador has engaged in fraudulent activity, if Amanda Sage Collection terminates Brand Ambassador’s position, or if Brand Ambassador does not comply with any of the Terms for the shop.amandasage.com website or this Program.

LIABILITY
Amanda Sage Collection will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if Amanda Sage Collection has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your participation in the program is at your own risk. By applying for the  
Referral Program you are signifying your agreement to be presently bound the Terms and Conditions to the same extent as if you had personally signed the agreement.
